The title sticks out extremely well due to the dark grey background, which also adds a very professional look to the page. All the tabs with important details are written in large font and are highlighted with bright colors. Along with the design and colors of the page, the illustrations are in black in white, but when you scroll the mouse over them, they light up with the original colors of the picture. Right above these photos and tabs is a video that shows the fair that the domain held for their residents. This video shows all the residents having a great time interacting with each other, playing games, and listening to great party music. It really just makes you want to be a part of it, which works really well with the appearance and appeal of the home page. All of these aspects work perfectly together to really catch the eye of possible future residents.

When all the information is organized into separate tabs, the webpage is easy to use and the user can find what they are looking for.           This user friendly webpage also has very good functionality, which basically means that everything works well and fulfills its purpose. To start, when you first pull up the webpage, it loads extremely fast and everything is ready to click. All of the tabs pull up the information quickly and everything lights up as you drag the mouse over it. Most of the pages have media on them and all of the videos and beautiful slide shows work perfectly. The Location Tab includes a Map powered by Google, which is the most reliable and user friendly application for maps at this point. The Amenities Tab has a huge gallery of photos that pulls up each photo extremely fast and shows you all the great amenities at The Domain. Next, their blog page takes the role of informing residents and updating people on price changes and events. Considering people are on their computers all the time, this feature is extremely useful for updates. The Residents page works as an efficient way of allowing the residents to contact employees and pay rent. All you have to do for maintenance is type in a few things on a website, press submit, and they will be there soon. They also have another tab titled, Contact Us, which allows both residents and non-residents to contact the management. The only tab that did not function correctly was the Parents Tab. It just had “Coming Soon” written in big font, which means they must be working on it. But they should get that up soon, because most students have their parents look at the place they want to live online. With only a few slight faults, this website functions very well and fulfills its purpose.

It provides all the necessary information and a few more things to ensure you are satisfied with your experience. This is college… your time to live in luxury!” This statement is just the perfect way to welcome residents and give them a feeling of warmth and class. The home page also provides all the links to apply and get information, as well a space for their address and contact information. Along with all this, the Domain also includes information to access their Facebook page, which allows future and current residents to connect with one another and get acquainted in a much easier way. Just the homepage alone provides plenty of content and features that allows for great connectivity between people at the Domain and possible residents.

          After the user has moved on from the home page, all other content is easily found in the different tabs on the page. The first tab at the top of the page is the Location tab. Aside from the map they have provided on the page, they also include that the Domain is directly in front of the light rail, a very popular way of transportation in Tempe.
